1.06.080 CONSULTATION.
   The City Management Representative, after consultation in good faith with representatives of recognized employee organizations, may recommend adoption of reasonable rules and regulations for the administration of employer-employee relations. The City Management Representative shall consult in good faith with representatives of recognized employee organizations on employer-employee relations matters which affect them, including those that are not subject to meeting and conferring.
