1.04.999 BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS — CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
   .010   It shall be unlawful for any member of any board or commission of the City of Anaheim to make, participate in making, or in any way attempt to use his or her official position to influence a governmental decision in which he or she knows or has reason to know he or she has a financial interest.
   .020   The provisions of subsection .010 above shall apply only to members of boards and commissions of the City not subject to the provisions of Section 87100 of the Government Code of the State of California.
   .030   The definition of terms, interpretation and application of subsection .010 above shall be as set forth in Article 1 of Chapter 7 of Title 9 (commencing with Section 87100) of the Government Code and all applicable provisions of the California Administrative Code adopted pursuant thereto, as the same may be hereinafter amended, except that the term "public official" as used in the aforesaid provisions of the Government Code and California Administrative Code shall refer to members of boards and commissions which perform a solely advisory function and which members for such reason would not otherwise be subject to the provisions of Section 87100 of the Government Code.
