Members of the Housing and Community Development Commission shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for travel and subsistence expenses incurred in the performance of their duties while away from the City of Anaheim in accordance with Council policy and to the extent that appropriations for such compensation and travel allowance have been provided by the City Council.
