1.04.390 BONDS REQUIRED OF CITY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.*
   .010   Before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, the Finance Director and the City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim shall execute faithful performance bonds to the City in amounts which may, from time to time, be set by the City Council.
   .020   The following employees shall be bonded under a public employees’ faithful performance blanket bond in amounts which may, from time to time, be set by the City Council:
   City Manager/Acting City Manager
   Assistant City Manager
   Assistant City Manager-Development
   City Attorney
   City Clerk
   Public Works Executive Director
   Chief of Police
   City Engineer
   Box Office Manager
   Revenue Manager
   Assistant Finance Director — Accounting
   Convention/Sports and Entertainment General
    Manager
   Purchasing Agent.
   .030   All of the employees not specifically set forth above shall be bonded by a public employees’ blanket honesty bond in amounts which may, from time to time, be set by the City Council.
   .040   Nothing contained in this section shall prohibit the City Council from requiring such other additional bonds for officers and employees as it shall in its discretion deem necessary or desirable.
