1.04.315 PURCHASING AGENT — SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY.
   The Purchasing Agent shall be empowered to and is responsible for the sale of City surplus personal property having a value of fifty thousand dollars or less after the Department Head having custody of the property has determined that such property is not needed for public use. The Purchasing Agent is authorized to execute any necessary title documents in connection with the sale of such surplus personal property. (Ord. 4794 § 1; January 13, 1987.)
