1.04.300 PURCHASING AGENT — FEDERAL TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATES.
   The Purchasing Agent shall be authorized to sign certificates requesting exemption from federal tax on all materials purchased. (Ord. 969 § 7; February 8, 1955.)
