1.04.290 PURCHASES — INSPECTION OF GOODS.
   Inspections will be the responsibility of the receiving agency and costs of inspection will be borne by the department requesting the purchase, excepting in the case of items placed in stock. (Ord. 969 § 6; February 8, 1955.)
