1.04.260 PURCHASING AGENT — POWERS.
   The Purchasing Agent is hereby designated as an officer of the City and, as such, is empowered to sign contracts in the name of the City. The Purchasing Agent is authorized to bind the City on contracts in writing without previous approval of the Council when the value of the contract does not exceed one hundred thousand dollars, except as may be limited by Section 1211 of the City Charter.
