.010 The Planning Department shall be under the supervision of the Director of the Planning and Building Department of the City of Anaheim, which office is hereby created. All references in this Code to the “Planning Director” shall mean the Director of the Planning and Building Department of the City of Anaheim. The Planning Director shall perform the functions and duties of the Planning Director as set forth in this Code unless such functions and duties, or any of them, are delegated by the Planning Director to a duly authorized designee.
.020 The Building Division, a division of the Planning Department under the supervision of the Planning Director, is hereby created. The Building Official shall be, and perform the duties of, the Chief Building Inspector and the Building Official as required by this Code.
