Pursuant to Section 1203.4 subdivision (C) of the California Penal Code, any person petitioning the Superior Court for a change of plea or to set aside a verdict pursuant to Section 1203.4 of the Penal Code of the State of California shall if ordered by the Superior Court reimburse the City the maximum amount permitted under Section 1203.4 of the Penal Code for the cost of the City's services in connection with such petition.
