§ 52.31 PLUMBING CODE.
   As a condition of water service, customers shall install, maintain, and operate their piping and plumbing systems in accordance with the current Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code, or as amended. If there is a conflict between this subchapter and the Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code, the more stringent supersedes.
