§ 51.16 RIGHT TO SHUT OFF WATER.

The City shall have the right at any time to shut off the water in the water mains without notice for repairs, extensions, or any other necessary bursting pipes or by collapse of boilers, water tanks, or water fixtures upon the premises of any user.
