(A) The latest version of the City of Amity Public Works Design Standards are adopted as the City’s design standards for all public improvements within the City and may be cited as “Design Standards.”
(B) The 1970 Edition of Oregon Standards Specifications for Construction published by the state Chapter, American Public Works Association, are adopted as the standard specifications for public works construction in this City and may be cited as “City of Amity Standard Specifications” or “Construction Standards.”
(C) A copy of the edition is available on file in the office of the City Recorder.
(D) Work done and materials used for public works construction awarded or otherwise authorized shall conform to these standards unless otherwise provided in the particular specifications for work authorized by the Council.
