§ 113.40 PSILOCYBIN SERVICE CENTERS AND MANUFACTURERS OF PSILOCYBIN PRODUCTS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The establishment of psilocybin product manufacturers licensed under ORS 275A.290 and psilocybin service centers licensed under ORS 475A.305 is prohibited in the City.
   (B)   This section was approved by the electors of the City at the statewide general election held on November 8, 2022; it takes effect and becomes operative 30 days later.
   (C)   This section will be repealed on December 31, 2024. The City must refer this temporary ban to the voters during the 2024 statewide general election for a full prohibition to further ban psilocybin within the City Limits.
