§ 32.20 APPROVAL AND DENIAL PROCESS.
   (A)   The City Administrator or his or her designee shall approve or deny the application within three working days of receipt of the application form.
   (B)   Denial may be appealed to the City Council. Such appeal shall be submitted in writing within three working days from the date of denial and filed with the City Recorder at City Hall. The City Recorder shall include the written appeal on the Council agenda at the next regularly scheduled City Council meeting.
   (C)   The decision of the City Council shall be final.
