§ 153.14 APPEALS.
   Any appeal of a decision by the Historic Landmarks Committee, including an appeal of conditions placed on a permit by the Committee, may be made to the City Planning Commission within ten days of the Historic Landmarks Committee’s decision. If the appeal is filed, the Planning Commission shall receive a report and a recommendation from the Historic Landmarks Committee and shall hold a public hearing on the appeal at its next regularly scheduled meeting. Public notice of an appeal shall be made according to § 153.11. Any permit shall be invalid and no work shall be undertaken during the appeal process. Any decision of the Planning Commission may be appealed to the City Council.
