§ 32.01 PROCESS FOR INITIATIVES AND REFERNDUMS.
   Any initiatives and referendums to change the City’s ordinances shall follow the guidance provided in Oregon Secretary of State, Elections Division, County, City, and District Initiative and Referendum Manual, adopted by OAR 165-014-0005.
