(A) The City Building Inspector shall regulate any room additions to existing mobile homes and the addition of any outbuildings or ramadas. Before the construction of any such additions, there must be appropriate permits obtained.
(B) All mobile homes must be approved by the Building Inspector.
(C) The removal of the wheels or the placement of a mobile home on posts, footings, or permanent or temporary foundations shall not remove the mobile home from the terms of this chapter.
