For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
UNSEALED CONTAINER. Any bottle, can, or other receptacle containing any alcoholic liquor, which has been opened or a seal broken or the contents of which have been partially removed. This definition does not apply to a wine bottle that has been opened and re-corked in a restaurant.
