(A) All General Fund fees, water system fees, sewer system fees, charges, and monetary penalties shall hereafter be established, abolished, amended, or modified by resolution of the Council.
(B) Nothing in this section shall be construed as affecting, in any way, the levy of real or personal property taxes.
(C) The General Fund, Water System, and Sewer System Fee Schedules are adopted by resolution. The City Recorder keeps the most current copy of these Fee Schedules.
(D) All fees, charges, and monetary penalties charged by the City shall be that amount shown on the then current Fee Schedules.
(E) The Fee Schedules shall be reviewed at least annually and prior to the adoption of the City’s General Fund budget.
