§ 114.48 LIQUOR COMMISSION TO BE NOTIFIED.

When a conviction is obtained against any licensee of the Commission, or a conviction is obtained against any person where the violation was committed on a licensed premises, the Municipal Court shall notify the state’s Liquor Control Commission of such conviction.
