§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Violation of § 111.03(A) through (G) is punishable as a civil infraction.
      (2)   Violation of § 111.03(H) is punishable as a criminal trespass in the second degree, pursuant to § 111.07(A).
      (3)   Violation of § 111.03(I) is a Class C misdemeanor, see § 111.11.
      (4)   A violation of § 111.11 is a Class C misdemeanor.
