The law enforcement may immediately terminate a facility use permit during the event for any violation of City, County, state, or federal law, or for any violation of the permit requirements and restrictions. Law enforcement may issue a citation to the permit applicant for any such violation. Such citation shall be in addition to any other charges that may be brought for separate violations of law or ordinance. The permit applicant shall be legally responsible for any violations occurring during the event at the facility for which the applicant has a permit for use.
