§ 110.34 POSSESSION OF FIREWORKS PROHIBITED.

No person shall possess or ignite fireworks, as defined in ORS 480.111, upon any City-owned without the written permission of the City. This prohibition shall not apply to activities sponsored or authorized by the City.
