§ 92.26 OTHER STRUCTURES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   (A)   No person shall, except as permitted by ordinance, place any post, sign, or obstruction in any public street or public sidewalk area.
   (B)   Proposal for other less typical private structures in the public right-of-way will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All approved encroachments shall be located:
      (1)   Outside of the Through Pedestrian Zone;
      (2)   Outside of the sidewalk corner obstruction free area;
      (3)   Outside of any bus stop area;
      (4)   Minimum of two feet from the curb face;
      (5)   Minimum of three feet from a fire hydrant; and
      (6)   Minimum of five feet from any driveway.
   (C)   Approved encroachments shall not compromise safety (sight distance, visibility, object hazard) or interfere with City maintenance functions.
