§ 90.19 FENCES.

(A) No person shall construct or maintain any barbed-wire fence or allow barbed-wire to remain as part of any fence, unless such wire is placed not less than six inches above the top of a board or picket fence, which is not less than six feet high.

(B) No person shall install, maintain, or operate a wire fence charged with electrical current within the City.
