(A) Definitions. For the purpose of this schedule, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOTOR TRUCK. A motor vehicle that is primarily designed or used for carrying loads other than passengers.
TRUCK TRACTOR. A motor vehicle designed and used primarily for drawing other vehicles, and constructed so as not to carry any load other than a part of the weight of the vehicle or load or both, as drawn.
TRUCK TRAILER. Any trailer designed and used primarily for carrying loads other than passengers, whether designed as a balance trailer, pole trailer, semitrailer, or self-supporting trailer.
(B) Traffic prohibited. Motor truck, truck tractor, or truck trailer traffic over ten tons is prohibited on the following streets:

(C) Parking prohibited. Motor truck, truck tractor, or truck trailer parking is prohibited on the following streets:

(D) Class D traffic infraction. Violation of any of the above provisions is a Class D traffic infraction.
(E) Exemptions. Motor trucks used expressly for garbage collection, delivery, or moving are exempt from the prohibitions of this schedule.
