§ 73.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   NON-MOTORIZED VEHICLE. Includes any bicycle, roller skates, coaster, rollerblades, skateboard, scooter, or any other non-motorized device designed to be ridden.
