§ 71.01 DRIVER’S DUTIES.
   Careless driving; reckless driving; driving under influence of intoxicating liquor, dangerous drugs, or narcotic drugs; and a driver’s duties at an accident are defined under state law and shall be enforced by law enforcement accordingly.
