§ 70.66 CONDITIONS OF RELEASE.
   A vehicle impounded under this subchapter shall be released to a person entitled to lawful possession upon proof of compliance with the financial responsibility requirements for the vehicle, payment to the City Recorder a fee of $350, and payment of any towing and storage changes.
