§ 70.47 AUTHORITY OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND FIREFIGHTERS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of law enforcement officers to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   In the event of a fire or other public emergency, law enforcement and firefighters may direct traffic as conditions require, notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter.
