The Public Works Superintendent will evaluate the data furnished by the industrial user and may require additional information. Within 90 days of receipt of a complete permit application, the Public Works Superintendent will determine whether to issue an industrial wastewater discharge permit. The Public Works Superintendent may deny any application for an industrial wastewater discharge permit.
