(A) The Public Works Superintendent is authorized to establish local limits pursuant to 40 C.F.R. § 403.5(c), and may modify and publish revisions from time to time appropriately.
(B) The following pollutant limits are established to protect against pass through and interference. No significant industrial user (SIU) shall discharge wastewater containing in excess of the following limitations listed in Table 1 below:

(C) The local limits apply at the point where the wastewater is discharged to the POTW or where industrial process water enters a separate sampling vault and is the designated sample point for the SIU and the City. All concentrations for metallic substances are for total metal unless indicated otherwise. The Public Works Superintendent may impose mass limitations in addition to the concentration-based limitations above.
