§ 54.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

Prior to connection of any building sewer to any lateral sewer or any sewer main the person desiring to make such connection shall receive a permit therefor from the City Building Inspector and shall comply with all of the requirements of Chapter 53, this chapter, and Chapter 55.
