§ 53.44 RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUILDING SEWER STRUCTURAL MAINTENANCE.
   Structural maintenance of the portion of the building sewer outside the publicly owned sewer main shall be the responsibility of the owner of the property served by the building sewer.
