§ 53.43 RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUILDING SEWER PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY.
   All building sewer preventive and corrective maintenance activities outside the publicly owned sewer main shall be the responsibility of the property owner.
