549.09 SALE OF EXPLOSIVES TO MINORS.

(a) No person shall sell, give away or otherwise dispose of or deliver to any person under eighteen years of age any explosives, as defined in Ohio R.C. 3743.01(A), whether such person is acting for himself or for any other person.

(ORC 3743.02)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
