Upon the application of any person, firm, corporation or other who desires to install any utility or infrastructure with any public right-of-way within the City of Amherst, the Mayor shall review said application and shall forward all application materials to the applicable municipal departments and Law Director for their review and approval. The City may require and the applicant shall agree to relocate its facility as determined by the City's engineer.
