The annual fee for an adult use license shall be as detailed in the fee schedule established by the Amboy City Council. The fee may be adjusted from time to time by Council action. If any application for a license is rejected, the license fee shall not be refunded. No part of the fee paid for any license issued under this chapter shall be refunded.
