§ 93.09 PEDESTRIANS TO EXERCISE CAUTION.
It is not the intent of the city to in any way guarantee or warrant that sidewalks will be free from all defects. Pedestrians must exercise caution and care in the use of public walks because defects and conditions will be present and are impossible to prevent given the climatic conditions of the city and its effects on sidewalks, curbs, and streets.
