It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, take, shoot, trap, kill, injure, or attempt to injure any wild animals or birds within the City of Amboy by use of a firearm, bow and arrow, trap, poison, or any other means. This prohibition, however, shall not prevent property owners or their agents from eradicating rodents on their property through the use of traps, poisons, or other lawful means.
