For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BICYCLE. Every device propelled solely by human power upon which any person may ride, having 2 tandem wheels, except scooters and similar devices, and including any device generally recognized as a BICYCLE though equipped with 2 front or rear wheels.
