§ 53.01 PURPOSE.

This chapter is hereby enacted for the purpose of controlling the collection, transportation, and disposal of waste and recyclable materials as shall accumulate within the City of Amboy and for the purposes of promoting the public health, safety, and welfare of persons residing or carrying on a business within the City of Amboy.
