A schedule of rates shall be periodically adopted by the Council and will be in effect upon publication. The schedule of rates shall be on file with the Administrative Clerk/Treasurer. Every resident using city water shall be charged and will pay at the current rates. Nonresidents using city water will pay double the current rate. A minimum amount will be charged for up to 5,000 gallons of usage per quarter with the exception of those connections considered “Occasional.” Those connections will be charged based on their usage, estimated or metered, during the year.
