(B) Monthly charges.
(1) The estimated OM&R budget for 2011 less the amount for repair reserves funded by interest on the current C.D.’s is $111,200 or $27,800 per quarter. The charge per ERU is $99 ($27,800/280.50 total equivalents per quarter and rounded off to $99). Monthly charges for each user category are as follows:

(2) The OM&R charges by user class are shown in column 4 above and include a 10% increase to provide funds to cover periods of late payments and cash flow difficulties.
(3) Each new connection to the city system shall be placed in its proper user class and charged accordingly. Adjustments in charge per unit equivalent will be made at least annually, when changes in the OM&R budget are made.
