§ 111.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No garage sale, lawn sale, or basement sale shall be permitted without first obtaining a permit from the office of the Village Manager.
   (B)   Operating a garage sale, lawn sale, or basement sale without a permit is prima-facie evidence of a violation of this chapter.
