§ 44-54. SIX-INCH WATER MAINS REQUIRED IN SUBDIVISIONS.
   Before any addition or subdivision can be annexed into the city, such property so annexed must first meet specifications set by the Inspection Bureau of the state requiring six-inch water mains in all areas of such addition or subdivision so annexed.
