Any person desiring to make donations of money and/or personal or rental property for the benefit of the municipal hospital or for the establishment, maintenance, or endowment thereof, shall have the right to vest the title thereto in the city, to be held and controlled thereby, when accepted according to the terms of the donation, and as to such property, the city shall be held and considered to be a special trustee.
