CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ALTOONA, IOWA, 2004
25.01   PURPOSE.
The purpose of this chapter is to authorize the City to join the Central Iowa Airport Authority in accordance with a resolution adopted December 15, 1969, and following a public hearing held January 19, 1970.
