165.01   INTERPRETATION OF STANDARDS.
In their interpretation and application, the provisions of Chapter 165 through 171 (herein referred to as the Zoning Code) shall be held to be minimum requirements. Where the Zoning Code imposes a greater restriction than is imposed or required by other provisions of law or by other rules or regulations or ordinances, the provisions of the Zoning Code shall control. In addition, the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Existing Building Code, the International Fire Code, the National Electrical Code, the International Mechanical Code, and the International Plumbing Code shall apply.
